History Through the Eyes of an Archer August 2nd - August 5th

Sack Lunch Required
In this archery summer camp students will learn introductory archery skills. Students will also learn the important historical facts surrounding archery through the Ages. Students will experience history with hands on games, the games will include, Hunter Gatherer Spears, Flooding the Nile, Chariot Battles, Genghis Khan uniting the tribes, and the English Longbow and Trebuchet. Students will make their own Cave paintings, creating Tribal banners, make their own arrow, and make their own clay Sphinx. The students will take part in a water balloon game. This camp is themed around Fantasy Time travel.
